EbaY is a great community with a lot of honest wonderful people, that’s what make it so successful.  But let’s face it, there’re some bad apples out there.  If you have encountered them you know what I’m talking about.  There are some people you wish you hadn’t encountered.  The good thing is eBay provides sellers with a “bidders blocked list”, so you can block a bad apple from bidding on your auction.  The problem is how can you tell if someone is bad?  It used to be that you can tell by a buyer’s feedback score; but since eBay revised its feedback policy to prohibit sellers from giving a buyer a negative or neutral feedback, there’s no way to tell if someone is a bad buyer.  So a bad buyer can keep on harassing sellers without anyone know, because his feedback score will always remain clean.
